Tips & Mini Guide

  • Your tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email we sent when your order left our warehouse.
  • It can take up to 24 hours after shipment for the tracking number to become active on the carrier's site.
  • If your tracking page shows "Label created" or no movement yet, your package is likely on its way to the first scan point.
  • Delivery estimates start after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier (see our Shipping Policy for details).
  • If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, or your order seems delayed, contact us at support@softvali.com with your order number and tracking number so we can help.
